BitQuest Studio LLC acts as the controller for account, billing, and product-use data processed through Tag Radar.

What data is collected

  • Account details such as email address, display name, and studio name.
  • Workspace data such as saved creator lists and list items.
  • Billing records such as plan, subscription status, Stripe customer ID, and billing period end.
  • Security and product-use records such as account events and request logs tied to the workspace.
  • Privacy request records such as export and deletion requests.

Why the data is used

  • To create and secure accounts and sign users in.
  • To deliver core product features such as saved lists and billing access.
  • To process subscriptions, invoices, renewals, and payment disputes.
  • To respond to support, security, and privacy requests.
  • To maintain service reliability and prevent abuse.

Service providers

Tag Radar currently relies on processors that provide core infrastructure, payments, and hosting.

  • Supabase
  • Stripe
  • Vercel

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the service is expected to rely on the provider's lawful transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.

Retention

Account and workspace data are kept while the account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service, respond to legitimate support and privacy requests, and satisfy legal or billing obligations.

If a user requests deletion, workspace data is scheduled for removal. If a paid subscription is active, deletion is scheduled for the end of the current billing period after renewal is canceled. Some billing or legal records may be retained where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Users may request access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and consent withdrawal where applicable. Signed-in users can use the privacy controls in the account page to download their data and schedule account deletion.

If you need help with a privacy request, use the account page or contact the privacy address.
